There are many things you could have with these symptoms, and if your present doctor cannot help you, please get a second or third opinion. I am not trying to scare you, but please ask your doctor to test you for Lymphoma. It is difficult to diagnose - almost impossible if you are not looking specifically for lymphoma. There are many kinds of lymphoma with very different treatment and prognosis. I was regularly seeing my internal medicine doctor for treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes, and neuropathy and all tests indicated everything was OK - no alarms. It was only after finding swelling under my right arm pit that the lymphoma was investigated. Unfortunately, they found two kinds of lymphoma - follicular mixed cell diffuse lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma. Prognosis was not good at all, but almost three years later, I am still here and have been in remission for nearly 27 months. I tell you this so you can know that whatever they find, it does not have to be a death sentence. Every case is different and can have different outcomes. A good attitude and a lot of help from God can do wonders. Good luck -- take care -- and, God bless
