mari: i have previously been tested for CMV when i was pregnant with my third child 14 years ago. i worked with individuals who were institutionalized and ended up with flu like symptoms that wouldn't go away andthe CMV testing was actually a series of tests, if i remember right. anyway, i did come out positive at that time with elevated numbers but i understood that the only concern with CMV was if a person was pregnant. what are they doing to treat your symptoms???
