I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 1986 in SLCity, Ut by someone who wanted to remove my tonsils, adenoids, give me a treachea and high blpress meds I refused all,and moved to SAcramento cA in 1987, had another sleep study, got a Cpap mach and been happily sleeping with no snoring!!! since. God bless Cpaps... I use only a nose mask now and a head binder made of velcro..no problems Bill
