                        Dear Dianne,  Personally I would not take the risk of consuming the thawed meat after it had been refrozen, especially the chicken! As far as I know and what I always do is always use the thawed product and never refreeze any uncooked leftovers.  I also seem to remember that some bacteria are odouless.  Hope this helps you make up your mind about what to do with it.   Regards-Penny
