                        I have high blood pressure too. I read that eating cranberries and oatmeal reduces the high blood pressure. Cut out the fat in the diet.  Exercise also helps lower the levels, even a walk after a meal helps, but do it at least 5 times a week.  Moving will lower it naturally.  Hope this helps. Reply if you wish.
