                        Have you had a blood kerotype done?  IT checks for Klinfelders syndrome.  Its a genetic problem and thats just the way you are. They do give testosterone to you though.  Check it out with a doctor. OR better yet an endocronologsit. what were your  LH and FSH tests like?  IF high  Klinfelders is likely, if low, more tests are in order. IF normal you should at least be on testoserone. Thats what it is hypogonadism is low testoterone.
