Low animal fat (no red meat, a bit of skinless chicken or turkey), no dairy products(no milk, no cheese. Use calcium supplement-2 Tums a day).Use soy as major protein sourse -soy milk (vanilla flavored is pleasant-tasting), tofu based main courses and desserts. On this regimen, my severe psoriasis of 44 years duration is 90% improved! And if it doesn't help, at least its cardioprotective! Good luck, mocdoc
