Hi Linda; They can only give you cortisone about 3 times a year I think. It did not help me at all and it is not good for your system. Acupuncture has helped the most as well as the homeopathic medication I mentioned earlier. It's called Ruta Grav. 30c Can be found in health food stores with homeopathic medications. It has helped me. Good luck!
