I have been training and teaching for 20 years in the martial arts, weight lifting and running. I have had many injuries including hierniated discs, but I got through all of them. I can't get over this piriformis syndrome. I have had shots, I do tons of correct stretching, strengthening exercises, massages. The massages help a little. But I am tierd of this. Two years is enough. I can't stay on pain killers. My Docs think I'm becoming addicted. What I'm addicted to is no pain. I want a cure. What is the surgical procedure that fixes this. What is the recovery rate? Will I be able to run again? If anyone has had the surgical procedure please write and tell me how you feel now? Thanks
