Let it run it's course. It seems like it will take forever but your childs immune system will eventually kick in. For my kids, it took over nine months. At the time I thought I was being proactive by going to the dermatologist and having the leisions removed. After several months of painful weekly visits, I stopped and regretted having put my children through it. Don't be surprised if your other child contracts it. Be patient. Good luck.
