I was desperate too. I tried accupuncture 2 weeks ago. Tx is once per week. I can breathe a little through the nose. Nasal irritation (e.g. sneezing and runny nose) has gone down quite a bit. Still too early to tell if the polyps will shrink. Hope it helps.
