                        Margaret  Have had similar problem.    Try 1 or 2 Tbsp of bran or psyllium a day.  They are natural products so you don't have to be concerned  about taking a "laxative".  If you decide on the psyllium, start with a teaspoon a day till you work up to the 2 tablespoons.  You can start the Bran with the 2 tablespoons though. Believe me.....you won't have anymore problems.  Oh yes, one more thing.  It is important to drink plenty of water which should be done daily anyway.
