I have had the same problem since age 13, & am now 43...I had tried all the pads & wipes, & things, but none ever worked. The best thing is at least once-a-day showers/baths, & see if your doctor will prescribe an anti-acne antibiotic, like Sumycin(tetracycline) or Cleocin(clindamycin). The tetracycline twice a day, forever, is helping me, as long as I remember to take it...duhhh. ;)Best of luck, & don't fret too much - I've had scars on my face & neck for all these years, & sometimes i can still come across a woman who'll love me for a while...
