my husband has had alopecia universalis for 5 years, he has no interest in a wig. i however was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and started chemo today. i found a source called hip hats they are all kinds of hats with hair attatched. i don't know if they have swim caps or not but you can send for a catalog at 877-477-4287. They also claim that hip hats are free to a child in need. I think it's worth it - my husband is always searching for new hats and maybe he'll like one with hair attatched, i know i will.....
