Check with an environmental physician. I have candida and for a while took Diflucan. I continue to have blepharitis which is caused from chemicals and yeast throughout my body. I eliminate all processed food, cheeses, vinegar(substitute lemon juice, if not allergic) and anything that is fermented. Avoid molds. Also avoid alcohol, bottled fruit juices, yeast, breads,sugar(it feeds yeast and increases candida) also anything fermented. I take acidophilis(requiring refrigeration) to help restore good bacteria in the body. My doctor also recommended echinecea and goldenseal(Be sure to check to see if it is alright for you and how to take it). Check the environmental health center dallas or the environmental clinic in Charleston, SC. Check in the library for books by Dr. Crook, such as "The yeast connection". He has 4 books I know of on Candida. Judi
