Hello. Look into Sjogren's Syndrome, which is an autoimmune disease with the manisfestation being dry eyes and/or mouth. I have it, and had plugs put into my tear ducts (very easy procedure, only 15 minutes outpatient). This allows the artificial tears to stay in the eyes longer rather than draining out. Good luck.
