i was just in the hopital with it I thought i was having a heart attack so i know how you feel. I found a great Gastro Dr. I take nexium 2 times a day and Reglan 4 A DAY, 1/2hr before meals and at bedtime. Also you must give up as much as you can of the spicy foods especially mear bedtime and no caffeine at all that was hard for me but to feel better you must do these things GOOD LUCK
