I am a Ph.D. chemistry student who has been recently reading natural medicine. There is an excellent book "Herbal Antibiotics" (Storey Medicinal Herb Guide) by Stephen Harrod Buhner. One point I remember reading in it (I had an abnormal pap smear too) was that there is some clinical evidence that medicinal garlic (check this) will correct and reverse high level cervical dysplasia. I don't recall off hand, though, the details. You might want to contact Bastyr University in Seattle -- a natural medicine medical school which has a clinic.I know the natural medicine approach emphasizes supporting your immune system. What is important to realize is that whenever you are under prolonged stress, your immune system tends to give out on you and so these types of things become more likely to occur. According to the "Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine" there are many things you can do to support the immune system. Some are supplementing with vitamin C, vitamin B, zinc, and magnesium (among others) -- things your body loses or uses up when under stress. Additionally, they recommend organic thymus glandular maybe these might help. Please do try to read the books -- there is a lot of great information in them. Good luck!
