It may sound overly simplistic. I get thrush a lot. (especially when I take antibiotics) I eat yogurt. I can't remember the "scientific reasoning", but I know to eat yogurt every day and when I'm on antibiotics, I eat it when I take them. . . if I remember. Unfortunately, following abdominal surgery last week, I was placed on two different antibiotics twice a day to equal 2000 mg... forgot to eat yogurt. The consequence? Thrush big time and "biscuit rising agent below". Anyway, it's never failed me in the eleven years I've been dealing with it...as long as I don't fail to remember to increase it when needed.
