Any inflammation of the joints....can be greatly improved - total asymptomatic by doing the following: 1) Eating cherries (fresh or canned) approx. 1/2lb. a day...strawerries are a great anti-inflammatory (try mixing the two in a smoothie or just eating together) also...if you have a juicer...I mean a good one! Juice 1/2 fresh pineapple (washed thoroughly) skin & all and grapefruit (remove yellow skin from grapefruit with paring knife very sparingly....peeling by hand removes the VERY nutritious white around the fruit...then juice the two fruits together. DRINK 16OZ AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A DAY. Fantastic for all joing swelling & pain.
