I need an insurance company that covers narcolepsy as pre-existing condition. Question: Should I pay higher premiums and take an HMO that covers narcolepsy rather than take insurance policy with lower premiums and pay for dexadrine out of pocket? If you have a car wreck and have injuries, would insurance pay for the injuries if they thought it was caused by narcolepsy, if your policy doesn't cover narcolepsy?
