Hi: You must have an operation. Stage one is curable. Today, an operation is not like it was years ago. You will have hardly any pain and you should be fine in a couple of days. My friend had stage four and that is fatal. She had the operation but she is terminal. Cancer speads very fast so it is imperative you waste no more time. The fact that you have no pain has nothing to do with the situation. Get going. You will be fine but don't wait another second to get yourself taken care of.
