my whole life i have had a minor weight problem. it fluctuates constantly no matter if i eat what is considered "normal" intake for my size or if i over eat. this has become a problem now being that i am not a teenager who can run around anymore. i exercise regularly 5 days a week (cross trainer and weight training). but it seems i don't lose unless i eat nothing but fruit, veggies, water and low fat milk. anything more and i automatically gain a pound or 2! i am in the military so monthly weigh ins are unavoidable. i have had my thyroid tested but was told it seems normal. does this mean i just have to become a vegetarian and restrict the types of food in consume? is this normal?
