YOu stand a good chance of having to have a repair or "suspension" which amounts to have the bladder tied back up in the proper place. Many times in childbirth, the muscles are weakened and then they do not support the bladder as they did before the trauma of childbirth. The most important thing after a repair is done is to LISTEN to your doc and don't be in a big hurry to push, pull, lift or tug. You can undo it real quick if you do not behave and give yourself plenty of time to heal completely. You get one good chance at this so you need to do it right. Good luck.
