I was diagnosed with a heart murmur when I was 14. Now I'm 33. They found this when I was having a sports physical. They had me scared to death. The doctor and nurse were running aound trying to find my parents phone number so they could let them know. What I found out later in life is that this is very common in young children. In most cases the child will grow out of it. I did anyway. Good luck!
