hello i too was diagnosed with it in early december i went through 2 years of misery and in the end severe bleeding and landed in hospital for 4 days in the end so after numerous tests they said i have diverticulitis and dear its no fun i agree but i started staying away from anything dairy and do not eat anything with small seeds like poppy seeds or even tomato seeds as all it does is irritate the heck out of it and get some chewable maalox tablets they help too thank c.m byers
