Julie - Hope you have found relief by now, but if not this is what cured my ganglion cyst on the back of my left hand. I bought a Homedics brand paraffin spa, basically hot wax that you dip your hand into. After doing this several times and rubbing the cyst, it has gone away completly. No cyst, no pain either. It had been a large one and a hand Dr. had told me that it would cost $4000 to have it removed. Cost of Homemedics Spa $35 at Kohl's. I still treat my hands approx. once a week just because it feels good. Good luck.
