                        It sounds like you could be coming down with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), like me.  I also have been suffering with FibroM for about 3 years now.   I have experienced the same symptoms.  It's best to see a Rheumatologist right away for testing and diagnosis.  There are new drugs that arrest the destruction of RA quickly.  I have been on the older drugs for 2 months now and not much improvement.  I am awaiting the approval for my insurance on the Humira drug which is an injection once every 2 weeks.  God willing, it will put me in remission.  RA is nothing to mess around with as it is a crippling disease and can lead to deformity and lots of pain and fatigue.
