I have fibro, and it sounds like you might, but only a good rheumatologist can figure out all of this. If you get diagnosed with fibro, see if you can get checked for spina bifida occulta/tethered cord. Mine was missed on 2 MRIs and a CAT scan. It was found by accident recently. I think fibromyalgia is really SBO/tethered cord. Read about it on line. The SBO is common - up to 20% of the population. I think tethered cord is VASTLY underdiagnosed. Good luck.
