I also have eds and my neck dislocates sometimes causing these headaches other times leaving me paralysed...the only advice I can offer is learn how to re-align the bones yourself, the way that I learned was first seeing what docs did to re-align and then adding a little something... everyday when I wake up i re-align my back (spine) and my neck first thing in the morning.... for my back i put my foot (just the toe really) on the edge of the table with my leg completly straight (about waist high) and then i pivot on the opposite hip until it pops in place then repeat with other leg....for the neck... you sit in a straight back chair and i mean straight sit with your knees bent at 90 degrees and your back very straight (push bum into chair to achieve maximum straightness) then cup your ears using the thumb and index fingers leaving the rest of your hands squeezing your cheeks...(get help at first to know how it feels) pull straight up gently (dont shove steady pull) then when it wont go higher you move it firt to the right (without moving the position of your head in other words dont turn push your head sideways without turning, when it wont go further bring it back to the center point...pull your head down again.... relax then turn your head from side to side (make sure it feels ok) then repeat the whole process again... pull straight up..then to oposite side then back to center and down... you will start to see a difference almost immediatly (less pressure) but you will have to keep doing it everyday...good news is after doing it a few times your body knows when it needs to be done (you will recognise the feeling easier and the relief will come faster) anyway hope i helped feel free to ask anything else (just be sure to put a subject or I wont open the email (viruses scare me lol)
