I had all the symptoms - (pain, numbing, tingling and major migraines) originating in the neck. cervical 6 $ 7. Had a diskectomy and fusion 18 months ago. Have had maybe 4 -5 severe headaches since then as opposed to daily. It has been great. There are bulging disks at L 3,4 & 5 and many of the symptoms are there. Doc says maybe a lumbar epidural injection. We have to get my hubby fixed first. The spinal canal is narrowed and has to be cleaned out again. First time 18 yrs ago. He has major mobility problems and a foot drop. No assurance that foot drop will get fixed but mobility should improve. He has stalled for a few years and consequently there may be permanent nerve damage involving the foot. So much for procrastination.
