I am not a medical doctor, but i have cts. as far as i know, there is no set date to getting it. it is a progressive conditio caused by repitive motion such as typing, or hand sewing, ect. look at your hobbies and activities for repitive motion, and try to limit those activities to a few times a week. I found that a comfrey salve works great for relieving pain and inflamation. contact me if you have any questions.
