I work with a lady that has dealt with Aleopecia since she was a young girl as well. She has tried many treatments for this that were painful and didn't always work. She is currently getting cortizone shots under the skin at the location of the hair loss. She has to go once a month while the hair is growing back, but the hair always does grow back. I don't know if you have tried this yet or not, but it works for her. I hope this helps.
