                        Any vitamin C can quadruple your iron,  I have found the B vitamins are ok.  Be sure to read the iron levels on all packaged foods.  try to stay away from foods 4% or higher.  Tea and coffee are good ways to reduce your iron.  I have been fighting HH for a year now.  My brother also has it.  Pls e-mail me if you'd like.
