My son came home from the hospital covered with a red rash that they called eczema and blamed on the laundry running out of fabric softener. I was given creams to apply, which bothered him horribly, and never seemed to help. Only when I insisted, did the doctor give him an antifungal drug, which cleared him up like magic overnight.
