tamara, sorry for your experience. my dautghter has experienced anaphylaxis twice, a friend of ours once. al i cna tell you is that it takes a long time to feel better. breathing difficulties seem to be a part of the course ie, getting winded just talking, can't make it up a short flight of stairs. they both also have experienced short term memory loss, nose bleeds, extreme fatigue, and worsening of allegy symtoms(those unrelated to the trigger, ie, pollens, dust, etc.) be sure you have access to an epi-pen or 2 and those you spend time with are aware of the trouble you have had.
