I had the same condition for over a year and eventually had to walk with a cane. I saw a specialist, who gave me three cortizone shots in each foot. I was tested for all types of diseases. Finally they sent me for physical therapy. I think what really worked for me was the ultra-sound therapy they used....it's like ultra- deep heat treatment. I had about 5-8 of these treatments. P.S. The shots didnt really help, but they sure hurt.
