                        Hi-hope you are feeling better.  I bought yoga vhs tapes and now attend classes at my exercise club.  I try to get myself to do gentle stretching all over on days there are no classes.  Good luck!  Oh, did I mention magnesium?  300mgs a day seem to make a big difference, after taking it several weeks.
