The same thing happened to me. I believe in general the tests they do in most doctor's offices are not in-depth tests. I finally went to a private clinic and had more tests done (which I had to pay for out of my own pocket) and I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. I don't think insurance will pay for the more expensive testing.
