                        What you really need to do is work on the depression.  I have phases where I get really depressed, always worried and sad, and that's when I get sick.  Depression can cause more problems than you need.  Try to find one thing everyday to make your self happy.  Do a facial or paint your nails.  Something that makes you feel like you've made an improvement.  Even it's little.  Unfortunately, I'm not a doctor, but I know about depression and it can hurt you more than you think, even on the inside.  I wish you so much luck and keep your chin up!
