I have ACM with syrinx at the C-7. I have had good results with acupuncture, myofascial release for the related symptoms, massage therapy-all one time a week for about 3 hrs total, change in diet, and nutritional supplements. I am going to have it evaluated but not for surgery. I am not a medical professional, but I have read that the surgery is only 50-60% successful. I would get several opinions before the surgery route. What are your symptoms? Good luck in whatever you decide. Pat
