I've been reading about retinoic acid. I've determined that it is just a component of Vitamin A. Many books I've read tell you to take 100,000 IU of Vit.a for a month, 50,000 the next until you notice improvement then go back down to normal dosages of 25,000 and watch out for signs of toxicity. I'm not starting out with 100,000, am starting with 50,000. BE sure to use the right ratio of vit. D with the A or all will be in vain.
