Don't feel dirty that you got cellulitus on your elbow. It's a bacterial infection. I'm recovering from it myself (from my foot). I am fair complected and are sensitive to soaps etc.. so for the fact it swelled and hurt - I wouldn't have guessed I had it. I hope you get better soon.
