my daughter was born with a small head and not much of a soft spot. after CT Scan, we found out all her sutures were closing. her head stopped growing at about 7 months of age. we had surgery done at 13 months of age. She had a radical Cranio-expansion surgery. Her surgeon removed a lot of skull bone to allow her brain to grow. While her head is growing now, a recent CT scan revealed that there is still pressure on her brain. What I am wondering is if this condition will correct itself or if there is something else that needs to be done to relieve the pressure. She is a beautiful normal 19 month old, expect she is tiny. She is of average height, just petite. I hate to think of her with all this pressure all the time. She has no developmental problems.
