I was also diagnosed with cervical dysplesia during my first prenatal checkup, while pregnant with my fourth child. My obsetrician sent be to a wonderful specialist, who did a cervical biopsy on me. He told me that there was a 30% chance that the dysplsia would clear up with a vaginal delivery. It was determined at my first postnatal checkup with him, that the dysplsia did clear up. I go for a followup colposcopy every year and I am happy to say that five years later, I am still clear.
