Hi, I am a twenty-six year old and was diagnosed 3yrs. ago. Dizziness has been heard of with balance inequities, but as far as head pains go-i don't know. Could be due to stress of dealing with MS, but I haven't heard of this. Sensory symptons are more common. Sounds like you might have something else b/c depending on how much dizziness occurs it's not common. I'm not a doctor, but do know a lot about this wonderful affliction!
