I have a 5 year old daughter who has been sick since December at the end of Jan I asked if they would test her they said it was rare that young children got this. So they did not want to test her. She finally started feeling better or just got use to feeling lousey. I was at the doctors 5 different times. Last night March 24th I took her to the hospital with a high fever they drew blood and with in 20 minutes told me she had mono now she has been sick for 4 months does anyone know if this means a longer recovery or if she should be checked to see if she is going to have any other complications becuase of this. It is now spring a few weeks before her gymnastic show and soccer league has begun and I am afraid to let her do anything. Any one with any advice please let me know. I don't really feel I can trust my Doctors advice right now.
