Joyce, Ditto on the MVP, hysterectomy 17 years ago(though I have one ovary), age 42, Fybromyalgia, I wake up exhausted, and can not cross a room to answer the phone without sounding like I've run a mile. As to your question: I would say an ultrasound would show the severity of the prolapse and the need for indepth treatment. The valves are replaced in severe cases. Premed on antibiotics and try to accomplish some form of aerobic exercise. I like a heated pool or a hot tub. My worst complaint at this time is shortness of breath. Does anyone know if it can be fibromyalgia related? My doctor thinks not. I know I read somewhere that it is a symptom.
