Hello Mack: I have short and long term memory loss. A daily planner helps alot there are all kinds from electronic which is great if ya remember to buy batteries hahaha to small pocket calenders. I find if I write things in 2-3 places sometimes I rememeber better. Oh and firm believer in post it notes lol
