Ye, carpal tunnel syndrome still occur even operations had been done. This happened shortly after operation (if unsuccessful) or come back again after time passed on. Operation is usually not successful if exists other "syndromes" (RSI or whole arms/neck is also affected). This happened when doctors gave diagnosis only for a carpal tunnel forgetting that tenosinovitis/RSI/overuse syndrome can coexist. Also when a person suffer long time before operation, likely there are "comimg backs" symptoms likely to occur. Try anything: Vitamin B6, magnetic therapy, echinacea, anti-inflammatory drugs, arthritics creams, massage, accupuncture, muscle training to do different tasks, hot patches with herbs, hot mud, hot sand, more vitamins/minerals, special equipment etc. The most important side effect neglected by doctors is sleep deprivation that can bring sleep apnea/lovering of immune system, etc. This can be dangerous to life. Inform how you are going. maria p0p86@hotmail.com
